Virtual Space
We will provide a Zoom meeting room with a maximum capacity of 100 participants.
Breakout Rooms
If you need to discuss your topics in smaller groups, or need different teams to meet separately, we can divide into breakout rooms, according to your needs. We can create random rooms, or pre-assign participants to a certain room. Everybody will still be in the same meeting, and we can easily call everyone back to the main room. You, as the host, can enter the different rooms as you wish.
Full Screen Presentations
Zoom's screen sharing option let's you easily show your powerpoint or keynote presentations, video clips, or any other digital file. Grab and keep the attention of all participants with strong visuals or even sound files.
Interactive Tools
Zoom has a growing set of features and tools to make your meetings more interactive. You can quickly measure the participant's opinion by polling or emoji responses. Keep an overview of who wants to ask a question by the raising hand feature, or have a moderator monitor the chat.
